On large farms, bee honey is processed and packed in the central manor farm (beekeeping farm). In this case, honey from extractor through coarse filter falls into the receptacle, from which it is pumped into honey containers and then using semiautomated device it is packed in glass containers (cans), you close the lids, rolled by canning semiautomatic machine. There are several honey dispensers.

Pump designed for pumping honey to honey-containers. It consists of an electric motor, blades, front and back covers and enclosures. The working parts of the pump consists of two three-bladed rotors, rotating on the gear pair is connected via coupling wheel to the shaft of the motor. The pump housing has a discharge and suction pipes. From the suction chamber honey is moved to the discharge chamber by the rotating rotor. 1 hour of pumping gives five tons of honey. Pump rotor makes 930 revolutions per minute. Suction and discharge pipes have a diameter of 36 mm (1.4”).

Long pasteurization baths are used in beekeeping farms with up to 600-1,200 or more colonies.

Long pasteurization bath is used for the collection, dosing and keeping the honey. This  double-walled cylindrical vessel (bath) is made of stainless steel, which is placed inside the double jacket. Bottom of the bath has a bias towards the faucet. You can pour honey to the bath with a special fitting. Bath cover consists of fixed and movable parts. Honey is mixed in a bath by a paddle gearbox, which through the bracket is mounted on the stationary part of the cover bath. Space between the walls between the housing and labor tub is filled with hot water to heat the bath and to warm honey to the desired temperature.

Semi-automatic packaging of honey is used for beekeeping farms having over 4,800 bee colonies, for packaging of honey in small containers. The main units are semi-automatic: frame, hopper with pump, drive, table, tray, empty bottles and filled cans. Honey is poured into a hopper, where it enters the dispenser. Dispenser can be connected by pipeline directly to vessel, containing honey. From a cylinder with  dispenser  honey is pumped by a piston into cups or cans, which are installed in the sockets of the turntable. Filling a glass of honey and turning of the table for the one can occur during the working stroke. Serving size of honey, poured into the container, is adjusted by turning the handwheel of dispenser. Dispenser consists of a cylinder with a piston and a three-way valve, the plug of it is kinematically linked to the mechanism of the rotary table and the piston. Such an arrangement ensures synchronicity of draining of honey to a container when turning the table.

Glassware, filled with honey,  is supplied to the slot by the turntable, and with a special guide is moved to the platform of hopper, from which it is removed by hand.

Semi-automatic beading  is designed to close the lids of glass jars, filled with honey. Its main hubs are: motor, base plate, column, pedal, seaming head, canning drive heads, upper and lower rounds.

Jar of honey, which has the cover, is placed on the table of the bottom cartridge and is adjusted fully. When you press pedal by the foot, the table rises and top link, connecting the lower arm holder with lever of taper fist, drops. After the stop of jar into the top chuck,  special earring presses the lever, fist lowers, and capping rollers converge. There is a rolling of the can.

Seaming rollers are driven by gears, each of which is engaged with the sun gear, resulting in a planetary transmission. Located below the center pinion the upper cartridge, which abuts a glass jar with a lid. On the surface of the tapered fist push rollers are rolled, pressed to knuckle by springs. When a fist drops, pressure rollers diverge, and capping rollers converge to the center, rolling a jar.
