We suggest honey stix cinnamon flavored with chocolate and honey very gentle, soft, air sticks. You can cook dough in advance and glaze it in a few days . The cooking time is 1 hour 30 minutes. You can eat sticks during 10 days. List of products:

600 g of flour
300 g of honey
250 g of sugar
2 eggs 
100 g of butter
1 tsp of baking soda 
1-2 tsp of cinnamon 
100 ml. og milk

Glaze: 8 tbsp of cocoa 

200 g of sugar 

200 g of water 

200 g of milk (optional)

100g of butter

150 g of dark chocolate or milk (chocolate optional)

 coconut 300-400g  to sprinkle.

Method: eggs, sugar, honey and soft butter or margarine are mixed.

Add the sifted flour and baking soda and cinnamon, stir 
and add milk

You should get such a dough like thick cream. 
Smear with a spoon on a baking paper.

Bake in preheated oven 180 C (356 F) for 20 minutes. 
Usually the top is ready much earlier, 15 minutes later cover it with a foil. 
Form size does not matter.
If the dough is much higher it can be cut in half and form sticks. 
So you get more sticks and may not be enough glaze. 
So all along the way you may have to make an additional portion of the glaze. 
Focus on your oven, check with the wooden stick.

Cool the cake and cut into portions or sticks as you like.

While the cake cools, you cook chocolate. 
Stir sugar with cocoa to avoid lumps 
Add hot water and boil. 
Slightly cool and add the butter and chocolate.

Dip sticks in a warm (not hot) glaze and then in coconut.

Very tasty substitute is ground walnut. Bon Appetit.
